08:00 am to 12:00 pm: How to conduct an AAT hearing from beginning to end
12:30 pm to 01:30 pm: Ethics (mandatory for both MARA & Lawyers)
01:30 pm to 03:30 pm: Judicial Review Intensive session
03:30 pm to 04:30 pm: Vignettes
04:30 pm to 05:30 pm: Ministerial Discretion
05:30 pm to 6:30 pm: Compliance Issues

Cost: $550 AUD (incl GST)

All sessions are accredited with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) with Category A points & all sessions attract CPD points for Lawyers with their respective associations & societies (including WA as CPE is approved QA provider for the WA Legal Practice Board)
