CPD Requirements
CPD FOR MIGRATION AGENTS
Migration agents are required to complete 10 CPD points to apply for their annual registration renewal with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). Of those 10 points (all are category A), one mandatory legal CPD activity is included. CPE Migration offers two mandatory modules, namely Ethics & Professional Practice and Code of Conduct - File Management.
Please note: First year agents must complete the Practice Ready Programme (PRP) in their first year of agent registration before being able to successfully claim CPD points through our programs.

CPD FOR LAWYERS
The migration seminars also qualify for CPD points for practicing certificate renewal for the various law societies, associations and institutes, again 10 CPD points per day.
WA is the only state which requires CPD education providers to be accredited which CPE is (since 2008) but there is a limit of 6 points per seminar.
Migration law specialist accreditation points can also be obtained by completing CPE Migration’s available modules.
