This workshop is aimed at lawyers hence we cover migration law issues from the perspective of a lawyer. At the visa level we look at the twists and turns of what can be done covering also transitional issues which are quite tricky. At the tribunal and judicial review level we cover the law from a heavyweight perspective, looking especially at recent cases and strategy. There is a session on submission writing to meet the professional skill strand.
