Assurance of Support No Longer Required

An assurance of support is no longer required for the permanent onshore and offshore Labour Agreement and Employer Nomination Scheme & distinguished talent visas (ie subclasses 119, 120, 121, 124 855, 856, 857 & 858) [as enacted by Migration Amendment Regulations 2008 (No 3) dated 7.8.08].
