ENS Salaries Up

A new Gazette IMMI 08/062, dated 25.7.08 (commencing on 1.8.08) raised all the minimum salaries for the Employer Nomination Scheme visas.

The new minimum salary for non ICT (Information and Communications Technology) employees is $43,440 up from $41,850 and $59,477 for ICT employees, up from $57,300. The ENS salaries have been stable since April 2006.

[There is a comparable increase in salary for the subclass 457 visas.]

For the highly paid employees salary rate remains the same at $165,000.
